The elderly Gas Volleyball Competition Rules (2018 Edition) is a new revision of the Chinese elderly Sports Association in the theoretical research and rules of Gas Volleyball. The revised version is more suitable for elderly Gas Volleyball lovers. It combines the age and physical characteristics of the elderly, & nbsp& nbsp; In order to reduce the injury accidents of the elderly in air volleyball activities, a new change was made on the basis of the existing air volleyball rules.

It is understood that air volleyball is a mass sports event integrating sports, leisure and entertainment derived from volleyball. Air volleyball is easy to learn and understand, with appropriate amount of exercise and high safety factor. It is conducive to physical fitness and attracts people of different genders, ages and occupations. Air volleyball is one of the five competitive events of the national elderly body association. China Locomotive elderly body association first launched this project, which has been well promoted in Zhejiang, Fujian, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Hunan, Guangxi, Chongqing and other places, and more and more elderly people play ball and exercise.

With the popularization and development of air volleyball for the elderly in China, it is urgent to formulate a national unified and standardized "rules for air volleyball for the elderly" to facilitate the use of elderly friends in learning, fitness and competition.

 Therefore, the special committee of air volleyball of China elderly Sports Association invited domestic experts and scholars who have been engaged in air volleyball for a long time to formulate the competition rules of air volleyball for the elderly after in-depth investigation and research. The competition rules of Gas Volleyball for the elderly inherits and draws lessons from the competition rules of Gas Volleyball approved by China Volleyball Association in 2017. In addition to trying to maintain the inherent characteristics of Gas Volleyball, it also fully considers the physical and mental characteristics of the elderly, ensuring the authority, continuity and pertinence of the rules. The formulation of the competition rules of aged Gas Volleyball will certainly play a better role in standardizing, guiding and promoting the aged Gas Volleyball in China.

The 2018 air volleyball training activity of China Sports Association for the elderly has two stops, namely Jiuhua Mountain in Anhui Province and Xilingele League in Inner Mongolia. The two training courses will take the competition rules of aged Gas Volleyball (2018 Edition) as the teaching material to conduct systematic training for the students, cultivate a number of backbone forces that can promote the development of aged Gas Volleyball locally, and promote the popularization of aged Gas Volleyball in China from point to area.
